0317383241 2014-04-23 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, this well is being used by the landowner to provide domestic gas to his home. The well has legible and correct identification. The surface casing is buried and there is 4.5 production casing sticking out of the ground running to a drip. RBDMS has this well listed as Plugged and Abandoned. Central Office will be notified of the well status discrepency.

I suggested the owner erect a fence around the wellhead to keep someone from running over this well. He will do it to protect his investment.

Barry Bowers did not set the lime plug while extracting the 4.5 casing. Barry wanted to extract the casing then run 2 3/8 upset tubing to set the lime plug. Tubing hit cave in and was tripped out of hole. Tubing was ran back in with a bit and swivel to get to top of lime. Barry encountered additional cave in while drilling down to the lime. Top of lime 2798 feet. Tubing at 2641 feet. Barry requested to set an isolation plug at 2641 feet and not risk getting stuck in the well bore. South Region Supervisor Rocky King was called and consulted prior to giving Barry permission to set a 200 foot isolation plug from 2641 feet to 2441 feet.
1510236909 2017-11-09 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of this inspection, I found a domestic gas well with 4.5 inch casing with 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage connected to a ball valve, valve was open at time of inspection. Gas line from wellhead is connected to the garage on the property. The connected gas line is then split into two lines with one gas line feeding gas to the house and the other gas line feeding gas to the garage.
