The wellhead has an acceptable well identification sign, the pumping unit appears to be maintained and motor is fueled by gas from the production of the formation. When I inspected this well the last time, the motor was an electric motor but there was no electric source connected to the motor. No production was reported for 2012. I will reconcile the complaint log and remove this well from it.

I advised the operator to separate the productions of the two wells since no production has been reported for 2012. Operator has been working on bring the well back on line after doing some mechanical changes on the recovery system such as converting the motor for the pumping unit from electric to gas production from the well.
1394084995 2013-04-11 Production Wells Violations Noted Wellhead is a Pumping unit. Wellhead is missing an identification sign. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owners name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. From the ground surface a 4-3/4 inch casing rises. Out of it a 3-1/2 inch casing rises terminating in a t-fitting with 2-1/4 inch pipes coming out of the fitting horizontally. Above this fitting 1-7/8 inch production tubing rises to another t-fitting and then the stuffing box for the sucker rod. Tank battery located on hill behind Huffman Bowers ROJ Injection well. Battery consists of two 100-barrel tanks, two 200 barrel tanks for brine water to be injected into their injection well, and three tall liquid/gas separators within a containment area. Access road for this wellhead and tank battery is off Oliver Road.
