According to 1501:9-9-05E1 (ID(a-i)) well identification sign shall include owners name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. The sign shall be attached to the fence installed around the wellhead. Locked fencing is required around the wellhead according to 15019-9-05E2 ( Fencing (a-d)) and 1501:9-9-05E3 (Locks) lock(s) installed on all the gate(s). A tank battery located between this well and the Jay Hall, Warehime #1 (API 34-053-20302-00-00) which is further to the southwest of this wells location. Tank battery consists of two 100-barrel tanks, one gas/liquid separator, one small knockout cylinder, and a 300-gallon poly tank containing approximately 260 gallons of oil and possibly brine below the oil. The poly tank does not have a cover over the tanks manway. There is a berm around this batterys equipment but no fencing to protect equipment. There must be a fence enclosure around the tank battery with access gates for maintenance and other purposes according to 1501:9-9-05E2 (Fencing (a-d))

At that time this well was originally plumbed to another but defunct tank battery on this property. Mike Haskins of Jay Hall informed me that Jay Hall is planning to work-over this well and the Cotton #2, API 3405320320, and then attach them to the above tank battery.
