0435943034 2012-09-28 Administrative Inspection No Violations Jason Harris called and we discussed the Brine produced from the Arrowood lease. Jason stated that the oil and brine are hauled off location by Ohio Oil Gathering. I requested records for this activity. I told Jason that they need to record the brine amounts on their production records.

Well is not connected for annular disposal. Brine is stored in a 210 barrel steel tank. A review of the production records for this well lists zero brine produced. I called and left a message for Jason Harris as to the status of their production and what is being done with the brine that is being produced.
