According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owners name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. There is a t-fitting at the ground surface. From the cap on this fitting is 1-7/8 inch production tubing rises to another t-fitting. On top of this fitting is the stuffing box assembly for this pumping unit. The tank battery for this well and the Roush #3 (34-053-20432-00-00) are in a common containment area for two other different leases, the Shuler and Coen. There are two 100-barrel tanks and one 150-barrel tank for the Roush lease wells. Lease names are written in the sides of the tanks. There is one 1100-gallon poly tank, one liquid/gas separator and one small knockout tank also in this containment area. The containment area needs work on the dikes surrounding this area. There is also another tank battery for just the Roush wells closer to their wellheads (GPS 38.96265/-82.11591). This battery consists of two 100-barrel steel tanks, one tall liquid/gas separator, and one small knockout tank. As with the other tank battery this one needs higher dikes around the containment area.

Lines have been damaged due to the logging operation. The well does not have an id. Pump jack does not have a motor. Barry Bowers told me that they have some work to do with these new wells. I am passing the old NOV that was to the old owner. I will follow up with Bowers later in the year.
