0282690725 2013-04-18 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # -1382372732 This is a pneumatic lift wellhead. There is a 3-inch casing rising above the ground surface into a t-fitting. Two 2-1/4 inch pipes are attached to the sides of the fitting. Above the fitting there is a 1-7/8 inch production tubing ending into another t-fitting. Above this fitting is the rabbit tube extension. The tank battery consists one 100-barrel steel tank and one tall liquid/gas separator in a containment area. There is no well information on the Brasel Template on the steel tank. Due to its isolation from the associated wellheads, this battery should have the well identification also. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owners name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number.
