1512001662	2013-03-26	Production Wells	Violations Noted	This wellhead has a sign identifying it as the Sands #3. The Sands #3 is further south from this location. Location of this well and the Sands #3 (3405320685) was determined through land plats for both wells. RBDMS initial location of the Sands #3 was depicted next to this well. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10/1509:23 the well identification sign shall include owners name, county, township, well name and number, permit number for the well, and emergency contact number. This well is a pneumatic lift well. Plumbing from the wellhead plunges eventually into the ground and flows and connects with the Sands # 1 (3405320419) production line. While Brasel was swabbing this well to bring it back into production is when they discovered the break in the production line before it connected to the Sands #1. Access road is off Mill Creek Road.
