-1844982186 2014-6-3 0:00:0 PW No Violations 0.50
1279063138 2005-01-04 Production Wells No Violations Turned off; well site condition Ok; sign on ground. Mis-keyed GPS and lost coords. Will retake on recheck.
1363954568 2013-03-21 Production Wells Violations Noted Wellhead consisted of a pneumatic lift system (rabbit). Well was leaking gas at the top of the intermediate casing from the packer between this casing and the 1-inch producing tubing. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)1/1509:20 Well is insufficiently equipped to prevent escape of oil and gas. The owner shall repair or replace faulty equipment on the well to prevent the release of any contaminants into the environment. There is one poly pipe leaving the wellhead and heading to the tank battery. Well identification sign was in good shape and could legibly read all necessary information. The tank battery consists of two 100-barrel steel tanks and one 1300-gallon poly tank, containing approximately 900 gallons of oil all inside a diked containment area measuring approximately 20-feet by 40-feet by 1-foot deep to the freeboard of the dike; and then outside the diked area an oil/gas separator, a knockout cylinder and finally a gas meter before gas flows eventually into a gas line.
1844982186 2014-06-03 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well now has legible and correct identification information posted at the well head and at the tank battery. There were no natural gas leaks evident at the time of inspeciton. This satisfies the requirements of the compliance notice.
