0002454897 2008-03-03 Production Wells No Violations 2 ball valves at the wellhead are shut off. Gauge at well reads 200psi. Well is capable. Tank has a dike around it. Tank has a good id. All production equipment is connected and capable of production. There is a compost pile near the tank.
0896666459 2004-04-27 Production Wells No Violations Leak at back of large tank and spill at plastic brine tank. See pictures 259-60.
1234806560 2017-08-23 Production Wells No Violations On day of my inspection revealed, a oil and gas well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with 2 inch diameter tubing. At the top of the wellhead there is a plunger lift system with a gas pressure meter showing 150 psi on gauge at time of inspection. Well fluid is pumped out to a production line that flows to wells tank battery. Tank battery consists of earthen dike, inside dike there is a vertical separator going to a gas meter connected to a drip and well fluid is stored in one 100 barrel steel tank. Identification is at tank battery.
