The containment wall for the tank battery has been preached and will not contain any liquids. The owner shall reconstruct the dike wall on the containment area of the tank battery to prevent the escape of liquids such as brine or other wastes from this area according to 1501:NONE(B)/1509:22(C) There is no upgraded identification sign reflecting new ownership, and contact information. According to 1501:9-9-05(A)10 the owner shall erect an identification sign containing the following information: current well owner, lease name, well number, permit number, county, and an emergency telephone number. There is no reported production in 2012 and 2011. The owner shall produce this well or plug it according to 1501:NONE/1509:.062A.
