The tank battery consisted of two vertical separators, a drip, one 20-barrel knock out steel tank and two 100-barrel steel tanks. Identification is legible and posted at the wellhead and tank battery. |

| 0200256208 | 2013-04-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | This is a Pumping Unit wellhead mounted on a stand ten feet above the flood plain of the Ohio River. There is a 7-1/2 inch t-fitting at the ground surface. A 4-inch casing rises above the cap on the 7-1/2 inch fitting to another t-fitting. On the horizontal openings on this fitting are two 2-1/2 inch pipes. Coming out vertically from this fittings cap is 1-7/8 inch production tubing. It ends in another t-fitting with the stuffing box assembly for the pumping units sucker rod sitting on top of this last fitting. The tank battery consists of two 100-barrel steel tanks (one for brine, the other for oil), one 30-barrel brine / oil separator on top of the oil tank, two tall liquid/gas separators, and one small knockout tank in a large containment area. Access road is off state route 7. Tank battery is next to Wyants Kramer #4 (3405320829). |
