Casing has a cap on it. There is water around the well head. Gas was bubbling up around the casing. Small bubbles approximately 1/8 in diameter and about one per second. Called number on file under company, left message. Called 281-847-6000, this a contact number Norbert Lowder had from previous work on this well. Left message with company. NOVs have been issued in the past regarding the well. Failure to Id well and plug or produce NOVs have been issued. |
