Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1028013806 2013-03-19 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The dike is weathered and in need of repair. I contacted Alan from Summit Oil about getting the dike rebuilt. He said he would get to it with the other ones I had called him on. The proper identification is located on the production tank. The lease road is in stable condition.
1489065280 2017-02-27 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The last reported production for this well was submitted in 2015. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 35 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. The valves on the separator were open. The tank was diked but the dike needed reworked and rebuilt around the entire tank battery. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery and the lease access was stable. I contacted Alan Lorinchack of Summit Petroleum and discussed the dike needing rebuilt.
