0229993126 | 2015-04-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well is being produced from the 2 7/8 casing. The annulus valve is closed. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The dike around the tank battery needs rebuilt. I contacted Larry Lower a supervisor with Enervest about having the dike rebuilt. |
1122770737 | 2017-12-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a 2 7/8 inch casing swaged into a 2 inch line and the annulus and flow line were open. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were open. Proper spacing between the separator and production tank was observed. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the separator with a regulator, meter and and drip bottle. Valves on the domestic line were open. The tank battery dike needs to be rebuilt along the east side where weathering has occurred. The tank battery had legible signage and the lease access was stable. I contacted Bill Fitzmartin of M&R Investments about rebuilding the dike. |
