Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1754627734 2014-11-03 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. There is a domestic gas supply on the wells casing. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a buried concrete brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
2057186615 2017-12-26 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators. The valve on the domestic line was open. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, a concrete brine vault and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked and had legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
