1159967710 2006-10-04 Production Wells Violations Noted Domestic well. Production line shut off, domestic line was open to the building. One 100bbl tank on site. No ID sign on well head or tank. Stopped at office gave business card to office, asked to have the owner call regarding the well. On site for Sherry Young regarding the status of the well.
1339695757 2012-06-12 Orphan No Violations My inspection today was to investigate the correct location of the well. The land owner (Mr. Shiffler) has submitted paper work for the well to be put into the Orphan well program. During my research of the well, it was found that the casing record for the well ends at the surface casing. Surface casing was cemented and then squeezed twice, no additional records after that activity. The GPS coordinates from our database and the coordinates of the well match up. Permit 20277 has had a completion report submitted and is named the Bass Lake Community 7-C. This well is owned by Gloria Shiffler and is a domestic well. The well that is behind the Shiffler building on the property is plumbed into the building. GPS coordinates put permit 20277 in the Shiffler building. Further review of the records will be needed to determine if 20276 was a lost hole and if the well in existence is permit 20277 and the landowners responsibility.
