0798833819 | 2012-04-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on site today for a follow up inspection. The flowline leak, discovered on my previous inspection, has been repaired. The affected area from the repair has been graded. The operator has removed a 210 barrel production tank from the tank battery. This tank was no longer functional. |
1280347970 | 2011-09-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | Well is a Con-Coil well and is in production. Lease road is stable to the tank battery. Tank battery consists of two 100 barrel tanks, two 210barrel tanks and two mechincal separators. Permit 21074 shares this tank battery. Well and tank battery are in good repair. Identification sign was posted at the tank battery. Informed operator that an identification sign needs posted at the wellheads also. During inspection oil staining was located on the east side of the lease road, tank battery is located on the west side of the lease road. A depression was stained with oil and the affected area was 3 X 12. Contacted Operator in regards to oil staining and the Operators son, Rich, was on location within 10 minutes of the call. Rich stated that they had been working on the well due to decreased production. Rich reviewed the charts which showed abnormal production. Oil staining was from a flow line leak. Well was shut in. Oil staining will be remediated. Line will be repaired. |
