1584723358 2017-10-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. There was a domestic line off of the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators and the valve on the line was open. The well was fenced. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery was equipped with one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechnical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The 210 BBL tank was starting to bubble at the top and some staining was starting to run down the side of the tank. The tank battery was diked and fenced. The dike along the east side was weathered and needed to be rebuilt. Signage at the tank battery location needed to be updated and installed. The lease access was stable. I contacted Bill Fitzmartin of M&R Investments about removing the 210 BBL tank, rebuilding the east side of the dike and installing new signage.
1985158057 2013-10-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery.
