1270585379 | 2013-11-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The valves on the wellhead are closed. The tank battery is in good repair and is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The flow line valve lead into the separator is closed. The production records show the well did not meet minimum production for 2010 and has not shown production since. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I will contact Mr. McDaniel, a supervisor for Enervest about the well. The well shall be placed back into production in 90 days. If the well is not producible a plugging permit shall be obtained within 90 days and the well shall be plugged within 180 days of this compliance action. |

1644556147 | 2014-01-14 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well was placed back into production. The company has installed a new flow line from the well to the tank battery. The tank battery is now being shared with permit number 2-0947. No violations found. |
1868471524 | 2017-10-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were closed. The last recorded production that met state requirements was in 2009. The tank battey consisted of one 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart on the sales line showed production. The tank battery was diked and fenced and shared with well 2-0947. Legible signage was located at the tank battery and the lease access was stable. I contacted Bill Fitzmartin from M&R Investments about the status of the well and what the company has planned. He stated that the company would be looking into putting the well back into production. |
