0249423817 | 2015-09-15 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found Bocor has recently acquired the well from Autumn Ridge and is in the process of getting the well back into production. Canton Oil Well is currently swabbing the well in order to get the well back into production. The company is on location repairing fittings on the separator and tanks. I advised Tom Huffman from Bocor to place locks on the chain link fence gates at the wellhead and the tank battery. He will also have locks on the valves from both tanks for unloading them. The proper identification is posted on the tank battery. The wellhead needs an identification sign. The tank battery is being shared by permit 2-1374. |
0607052577 | 2015-10-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well has been placed back into production and currently has 450 psi on the casing. The company still needs an identification sign on the wellhead and locks installed on the load lines and man door for the fence around the tank battery. No other changes to the location since my last inspection. I contacted Tom Huffman the well tender for Bocor about the issues. |
1025215280 | 2017-08-09 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves on the wellhead were open. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. The base of the 100 BBL brine tank was seeping and needs to be removed, along with any impacted medium within the tank battery. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. There was a 1 inch domestic line plumbed off of the separator with a meter, drip bottle and regulator. The tank battery was shared with well 2-1303, was diked and had proper, legible signage. The lease access was stable. I contacted Todd Suko from Bocor Holdings, LLC about the removal of the 100 BBL brine tank and any impacted medium from the tank battery. |
1277591113 | 2013-10-22 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The demco valve is closed. The well and the tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The well has not been produced since 2005. I will contact the company about the issues. |
1443017058 | 2015-09-21 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the company has a swab rig currently working on the well. The company has recently purchased the well from Autumn Ridge and is trying to get the well back into production. Another Bocor employee is in the process of working on the replacing fittings and equipment inside the tank battery. The tank battery has the proper identification on it. The company needs an identification sign placed on the well due to the tank battery being shared by permit number 2-1303. I spoke with Tom Huffman from Bocor about the issues and he will contact me when the wells are back into production. |
