0968970758 | 2013-10-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is open. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The well has the proper identification. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1243282773 | 2017-03-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were closed. There was a leak at the tubing packing. The last recorded production was in 2012 and from 2013 to 2015 have been reported as zero. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed and the chart box has been removed. The tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. I contacted Kyle Ahbel of Enervest, in regards to the tubing packing leak and well production. |
1889843919 | 2011-09-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | Tank battery is fenced and contains one 100 barrel tank, one 1500 gallon poly tank and a mechincal separator. Well is a rabbit well.
