0141823984 | 2019-01-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production at the time of this inspection. The well was fenced with legible identification. The tank battery was comprised of four 210 BBL tanks, one 50 BBL poly tank and three mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open and the charts on the sales lines showed production. The diked and fenced tank battery was shared with wells 2-1048, 2-1046, 2-1047, and 2-1246. There was a compressor station north of the existing tank battery. Legible identification was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. |
0251348381 | 2017-01-23 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced. The last reported production for this well was in 2015. The tank battery consisted of four 210 BBL production tanks, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and three mechanical separators. The tank battery is shared with wells 2-1046, 2-1246, 2-1047, and 2-1048. The valves on the mechanical separators were open showed production. One of the 210 BBL production tanks bottom was rotted and had some oil staining at the base of the tank. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery and well. The lease access was stable. I contacted Kyle Ahbel of Enervest about repairing/removing the 210 BBL production tank. |
