0281244864 | 2013-07-31 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good condition and are surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consists of two 210 BBL production tanks, a 100 BBL brine tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1001331711 | 2007-08-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | On site to check annular pressure. Annular pressure on the gauge showed 80PSI. Took gauge off and let pressure release for gauge to zero. Open ball valve, gas released vigorously, Replaced gauge turned ball valve on, pressure was 80PSI. Turned valve off, checked that all fittings were tight, locked gate. Time of pressure test 8:45 am, 78 degrees, clear and sunny weather, ground was dry. |
1175171335 | 2007-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | Small leak on one pipe above the casing. No oil on the ground. Gate was locked. Well head needs signed. Sign has faded out and is not legible. New home is under construction 100 to the east of the well head. Called company requested the well head be signed. |
1185559416 | 2007-07-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | On site regarding water well complaint. On site to check annular pressure of the well. The gauge on the well showed 80psi of annular pressure. Took pressure gauge off and opened ball valve to confirm annular pressure. When ball valve was opened there was a vigorous release of gas. No leaks on well head. Took air sample at the surface casing. The gas meter was placed next to the surface casing in a depression for 2 minutes. No LEL readings. Called Pat Priola of 11620 Legend Creek, this is the house that had the original water well complaint when well was drilled. Pat informed me that he has had no issues with well since. He stated that when the drilling fluid entered his well after 30 days it had cleared up. He said that the water from the well smelled like rotten eggs before the issues from the oil well and that it smells like rotten eggs now. Water is soft, and when he changes the filters he has iron and some bits and pieces of dirt from the well. Water from the tap effervesce, contributes this to the gas causing the rotten egg smell. |
1508861293 | 2017-10-23 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery was shared with well 2-1616 and consisted of two 210 BBL production tanks, one 100 BBL tank, one 35 BBL poly brine tank and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 10/10/17 showed production. One of the 210 BBL production tanks was starting to seep at the base and the 100 BBL tank was also seeping at the base. The 100 BBL tank was empty at the time of this inspection. The tank battery was diked and fenced. Legible signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite of Alliance Petroleoum about removing both the 210 BBL and 100 BBL tanks. |

1656820584 | 2007-05-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | Tested annular space for pressure. There was zero psi on the wells annular space. On site with Jerry Kohl, Bruce Close from Alliance Petroleum and Ahmed Hawari. Tested water well that was recently dug. The water well is 150 feet south east of the gas well. Water well had a reading of 35%LEL. Called Fredebaugh well driller regarding water well. Water well is 260 deep. Well driller stated they drilled to 240 fractured the well twice, then drilled out to 260. Charles Baker from Fredebaugh stated that the driller noted gas bubbling during the drilling of the well. |
