1158060565 | 2018-01-10 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an order follow- up inspection on this well to see if the well was in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. There was a domestic line with a meter and a regulator off of the 4.5 inch casing. The valve on the domestic line was open. The well was fenced and locked. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of three 100 BBL production tanks, one 50 BBL poly brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The tank battery is shared with well 2-1735. Valves on the mechanical separators were open. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable. 1665643233 | 2016-11-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. There was a domestic line with a meter and a regulator off of the 4.5 inch casing. There was a leak on the 1 inch domestic line at the valve connection. The well was fenced and locked. The last reported production was submitted in 2010 for this well. The tank battery consisted of three 100 BBL production tanks, one 50 BBL poly brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The tank battery is shared with well 2-1735. The sales line within the tank battery had two charts dated 11/7/2016 and showed production. Valves on the mechanical separators were open and the tank valves were plugged. The tank battery was diked and fenced but needed a lock on the man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable. I contacted Jim Pavlich 440-693-4419 of Grimsby Exploration about adding a lock, fixing the leak at the domestic line and updating the production records. |
