1568088508 | 2013-06-25 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 200 BBL production tank, a 25 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the wellhead and the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1688092284 | 2017-04-10 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced with a locked man door and had proper, legible signage. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 25 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 3/28/17 showed production. There was a domestic line off of the separator with a meter, drip bottle and regulator. Load line were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced. The signage at the tank battery had the wrong permit number. Lease access was stable. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite of Alliance Petroleum about correcting the permit number on the signage at the tank battery. |
