1003534975 | 2016-03-21 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location in reference to complaint #5281. The work I requested the company to do on 3/18/2016 has been completed. The lid on the prodcution tank has been sealed and the vent stack has been plumbed up to a charcoal filter and a spark arrestor. The landowner that filed the complaint is not satisfied with the idea of a charcoal filter and would like the tank battery moved. She stated she would have to contact her attorney. |
1310932934 | 2017-03-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. There was a leak on the well at the tubing packing. The well was fenced and locked. The last reported production for this well was in 2014. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart did not show production. Valves on the tanks were equipped with flat plugs. The production tank vent stack was plumbed into a 5 gallon charcoal filter and topped with a spark arrestor. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite from Alliance Petroleum about repairing the tubing packing leak on the well. |
1458560670 | 2016-03-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location in reference to complaint # 5281. I met with the complaintant Mrs. Iskra, who is the landowner to the East of the well. Mrs Iskra stated that the fumes from the tank battery are making her ill and the tank battery being so close to her property line is lowering the value of her property. Her request is that the company move the tank battery to some other location away from her property. My inspection found no violations. I contacted Alliance Petroleum and spoke with the field supervisor about the issue. Alliance will be on location on 3/18/2016 to install a charcoal filter and a spark arrestor on the production tanks vent stack. The company will contact me when the work is complete and I will reinspect the location on 3/21/2016. |

1596158906 | 2013-06-12 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The tank battery is in good repair and is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I was not able to locate the well due to high water. I will come back when the weather has been dry for awhile. |
1835422813 | 2017-09-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted a reinspection of this well site regarding the repair on the tubing packing leak at the wellhead. During this inspection, the tubing packing leak was repaired and no leak was observed. No other violations were observed. |
