0124544915 | 2013-06-10 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The identification sign needs redone due to the ink fading. The lease road is in stable condition. I left a message for the well tender to update the sign. |
0690968806 | 2008-05-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | Called emergency number on ID sign, number is valid. Called Gary, pumper for Alliance please darken the lease name and permit number on the sign, information is faded. Spacing is good between tank battery and well. Lease road is stable. Gates were both open. Well head fence was locked. Dike is in good repair. |
