The production tanks were equipped with the proper lids and hatches. A spark arrestor was installed on the vent stack. The tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable.
