0806346376 2019-01-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a Concoil plunger lift assembly and in production. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 35 BBL poly brine tanks, and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open. The tank valves were plugged. The tank battery was shared with wells 2-1729 and 2-1703. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Legible identification was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable.
