One set of the production equipment was associated with well 2-1903. Separator valves were open and charts showed production. Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs and the vent stack on the production tanks were plumbed into a 5 gallon charcoal filter and topped with a spark arrestors. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. No violations were observed. |
