0060519879 | 2016-08-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced and the man door was locked. The tank battery consisted of one, 100 BBL production tank, one, 50 BBL steel brine tank, a heater treater separator, and a mechanical separator. There was a 55 gallon charcoal filter plumbed into the 100 BBL production tank. There was lightning protection at the tank battery. The tank battery was diked and fenced and the man door on the fence was locked. The well was identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign located on the tank battery fence. The access was stable. No violations. |
