1196268016 | 2007-11-28 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Lease road is stable and in good repair. Pit fluid level is good 1.5 feet of free board. Operator has shut down drilling at this time. The operator has had the following events. Operator twisted off at 1273, on 11/24/2007. Pipe was recovered. Operator was drilling with 25 collars, operator usually drills with 15 drill collars. Before well was drill operator had pipe tested 5 sections failed. This collar was from the same batch of drill collars. Operator stopped drilling at 2322 and plugged back to 550. Operator ran a survey and they were 7 degrees off. Operator is waiting 24 hours on the cement before they begin drilling. Cement plug was down 11/27/2007 at 4:30pm. |

1688768644 | 2017-03-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The reported production for this well was up to date. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank and a heater treater separator. The separator was located outside of the dike, had open valves and a chart that showed production. Proper spacing between the separator and production tank was observed. Valves on the production tank were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and had signage but the signage will need to be updated to reflect the new owner information. The lease access was stable. I spoke with John Magnuson from David Oil Company about updating the signage. |
