Tank has minor spill down the side of the tank, pop off may need adjusted.
0801769355 2017-03-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The reported production for this well was up to date. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL steel brine tank, and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open but the chart showed no production. The production tank vent stack was plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter and topped with a spark arrestor and the tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. No violations were observed.

Strata was 20 of clay 40 of shale Berea 40 then back into shale. Hole was spudded on 10/31/2007. Pits were in good repair. Lease road was stable. Minor amount of mud on roadway. Called Roy Poulson asked mud to be clean off.

The well and tank battery are in good repair. The well and tank battery are surrounded by both pine trees and a 8 foot wooden fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tanks vent is plumbed through a charcoal filter and up into a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
