Lease road will need to be repaired. Well site has been seeded and graded and vegetation is established. Well is a pump jack well. Well has its own identification sign. Annulus is closed and there is bubbling around the packing of the 8.625 pipe and 4.5 inch pipe. There is oil and paraffin on the ground around the well head. approximately one quart of oil and paraffin. Appears oil and brine was sprayed 8 feet X 2 feet from a valve on the drip bottle. Operator will be contacted to clean up oil. Annulus needs opened or a pressure relief valve installed with a gauge. Preliminary restoration cannot be approved at this time. Lease road needs repaired. Erosion channel across site needs repaired. |
