0052706841 | 2013-05-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is open to a pop off valve. The tank battery and well are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The vent stack on the production tank is plumbed into a 5 gallon charcoal filter. The vent stack is then plumbed up and topped with a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1156535620 | 2019-01-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production. The well was fenced with legible identification and a locked man door. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The vent stack on the production tank was plumbed into a 5 gallon charcoal filter and topped with a spark arrestor The tank valves and pick-up lines were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door and legible identification. There was a Dominion East Ohio master meter present inside the diked tank battery. The lease access was stable. |

1528165032 | 2011-12-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Vegetation is established on this site. The lease road is stable. The silt fence can be removed from around the site. Proper identification has been posted. The well is in production and there is 36 PSI on the annulus. Tank battery is fenced properly, the dike is in good repair, equipment spacing is correct and the man doors are locked. The separator is iced over. Contacted Warren Shoenfelt and informed him of the icing issue. |
