0704577718 | 2019-01-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery was comprised of two 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. The separator valves were open. The tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The production tank vent stack was plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter, then plumbed up and topped with a spark arrestor. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. |
