Pipe set at 265/ 275 with landing joint. Berea was 150 to 200 driller took good samples of cuttings. Operator broke circulation ran half a bag of cotton seed hauls ahead of cement. Operator mixed cement, mixed half a bag of hauls in with cement at the start of the job. Operator ran 110 sacks of class A 3% CaCl cement. Cement returned to surface at the start of displacement, 7Bbls of good cement returned to surface. Cement held at surface. Permit was posted in the dog house. Safety fence was up. Fire extinguishers were in place. Hand rails were in place. Pits were in good repair. Operator had added additional silt fence per my requested. Plug down 1:10pm. |

The last submitted production records for this well was in 2015. The well was fenced and locked. The tank battery consisted of four 100 BBL tanks, one 50 BBL poly brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The valves on the separators were open and the charts showed production. There were proper lids and hatches on the production tanks. Spark arrestors were installed on the productions tanks and a charcoal filter was plumbed into the vent stack. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery is shared with well 2-2088. Signage needs to be updated at the tank battery to reflect information on both wells and signage needs added to each well location. The lease access was stable. I contacted Mark Turpak of Cutter Exploration about updating and installing signage at the well and tank battery locations. |
