0431403195 | 2011-09-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On site for fracturing of well. The operator perforated the well from 4220 to 4168 with 27 shots. There was no pressure on the annulus before fracturing. Operator broke well down with 500 gallons of acid, 40,000 pounds of sand and 85,000 gallons of water. There was no circulation on the annulus during the job and the annulus static after fracing. |
1314628473 | 2011-08-27 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On site for surface cement. Conductor was waived, shale was at 15. Operator drilled a 11 inch hole 479 in depth. At 460 show of gas. Rig had said they noticed odder and gassing. After drilling below 460 gassing stopped. Hole was static before cementing surface casing. Operator set 456LJ of new 8 and 5/8 inch R-3 20lb pipe. Pipe was set opened ended and without centralizers. Berea sandstone top was 340 and the bottom was 390. Petroset Cement Company broke circulation mixed two bags of gel and one bag of hauls ahead of cement. Petroset ran 200sacks of class A 3% CaCl cement. Displaced cement, 16Bbls of good cement returned to surface. Cement held at surface and hole was static. Cement water had a pH of 6. Operator lost 90Bbl of fresh water while drilling the surface hole. Operator mixed gel and starch for lost circulation. Berea was tight while drilling. Pipe ran well into the hole. |
1314711350 | 2011-08-30 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Well reached total depth of 4366. Pits are in good repair. Lease road is stable. Newburg formation made water and odor of gas. |
1314819373 | 2011-08-30 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On site for long string cement. Operator ran new R-3 10.5 pound pipe with 9 centralizers. Pipe tally sheet indicated pipe was tested to 4400 PSI, pipe was stamped 5200 PSI. Operator conditioned hole before pulling drill string. Petroset was the cement contractor and tested pH of cement water (7). They broke circulation, mixed/ran/displaced cement. No anomalies noted on circulation rate during cementing. Lockport top was at 3660. Operator locked plug down with 1500 PSI. No flow back when pressure was released. Cement head was taken off and hole was static. |
1537895966 | 2018-09-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and in production at the time of this inspection. The well was fenced. The tank battery consisted of two 210 BBL tanks, two 100 BBL tanks, one 50 BBL tank and two mechanical separators. The diked tank battery was shared with well 2-1815 and had legible signage. The lease access was stable. |
1547334214 | 2011-08-25 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Drilling location is under construction. Operator is removing topsoil from the drill pad. Lease road has not been constructed at the time of inspection. Operator is going to remove topsoil and expose the clay for the lease road. Operator was contacted and advised to have road cleaning equipment on location. Rig will be moving on location 08/26/2011.
