0944563058 2018-09-24 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. During this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit and in production. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked. Legible identification was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable.
1182241210 2014-08-14 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found no changes since my last inspection. No violations found.
1238089198 2013-05-20 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus was plumbed up into a pop off valve and a guage that read 5 psi. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification sign is located on the tank battery and the pump jack. The lease road is in stable condition. The site has been recently graded and seeded. The grass seed has not sprouted yet.
1374753731 2013-07-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection found the location has been graded, seeded, and vegetation has been established. Preliminary Restoration is passed.
1510875033 2012-10-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site has yet to be graded. The pits are still in place and filled with cuttings and drilling fluid. Elements of the tank battery (e.g., production tank, brine tank, and mechanical separator) have been staged near the lease road entrance. Subcontractors are on site working on the tank battery site. Another crew is also here with a service rig running production tubing.
