-548 & #2015-337 for Failure to Maintain Financial Maintain Liability Insurance, I witnessed the well was equipped with 6.625 inch casing, 2 inch tubing, 1 inch tubing open to the atmosphere. The well was not capable of production with no production equipment, no flowline or salesline on site and no identification present at the time of inspection. Readings were taken with ODNR Honeywell PhD6 meter revealing no gas present at the time of inspection. On July 2, 2015 the well was inspected and I placed call to Mrs. Waldron where she stated that the estate of David Waldron has not been settled at this time and she gave me her attorneys contact information. At that time I called attorney Jason Storck and I stated that there were several issues with the well he stated that they are transferring some of the wells and would get back to me on the said well and their plans to transfer or plug. Mr. Storck did not get back to me with plans for the said well. With no change in the status of the well the well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Doug Bennett at 5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701-9553 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. | |
