0530789107 2016-04-08 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of my inspection for an exempt well pre-transfer inspection, I witnessed the production equipment included a 30bbl tank within an earthen dike, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch sales meter with a.75 inch orifice and a chart recorder. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing; 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system valves closed on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves in the open position on the casing supplying the motor valve. A small gas leak was detected on the tubing wellhead. I walked the 2 inch salesline and a domestic tap was located with valves in the open position. I then followed the domestic line to the residence of 2181 Bloomfield Road Cambridge, Oh 43725 where I witnessed the line going into a drip and then then into house the with valves in the open position. No identification was present with production records current. I placed a call to Artex Oil Company and requested identification be updated and the small leak repaired.
