During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210-barrel tank, one horizontal separator, one drip, and a compressor. Identification was present on the tank and production records were current with Poor Boy Exploration submitting records of gas production.
