0208716378 | 2017-10-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID 5608, I witnessed that the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a 50 barrel polymer brine tank, a vertical separator, a 2inch salesmeter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder and an undated chart. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing reduced to a 2 inch flow line with the valves closed at the well head at the time of inspection. A ditch has been dug to re-route water around the location. I placed call to Sound Energy Field Tech Chuck Baker requesting an update and he stated that they have swabbed the well and are going to move the production equipment closer to the well. Once the equipment is moved they will repair the slip. |
0401594187 | 2017-06-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID 5608, I witnessed valves remain closed at the wellhead and no action has been taken to address the slip on location. |

1495063570 | 2017-05-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID 5608, I witnessed that the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a 50 barrel polymer brine tank, a vertical separator, a 2inch sales meter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder and an undated chart. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing reduced to a 2 inch flow line with the valves closed at the well head at the time of inspection. A slip was present along the east side of the access road to the well. Identification was present and production records were current. I met with Mr. Ripley who stated the well has been idle for a number of years. I placed call to Sound Energy Field Tech Chuck Baker and he stated that the well needs swabbed to determine whether it is feasible to continue to produce. Mr. Baker also stated that they will address the slip that has occurred. |

1946214839 | 2019-02-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well appeared to be a swab well with 4.5-inch diameter production casing. Valves were in the closed position. One 100-barrel tank sat near the well and one 2100-gallon poly tank and vertical separator sat near the entry alongside Shipley Road. The well and equipment sat within a pasture field that was muddy and was heavily trafficked by livestock. Production records were current. |
2038273383 | 2017-07-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID 5608, I witnessed that the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a 50 barrel polymer brine tank, a vertical separator, a 2inch sales meter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder and an undated chart. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing reduced to a 2 inch flow line with the valves closed at the well head at the time of inspection. A ditch has been dug to re-route water around the location. I placed call to Sound Energy Field Tech Chuck Baker requesting an update and he stated that the ditch was dug to dry up the location as it has been too wet to bring in a swab rig. He has a rig lined up to swab on the well to see if it is feasible to put back in production. Mr. Baker will notify me when the rig is going to be on location. |
