| 0507686494 | 2015-09-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210bbl tank within an earthen dike with identification present but faded. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing reduced to 2 inches with valves in the closed position. Production records are current with zero production reported. A current plug permit was issued by the State on September 9, 2015. I contacted Bruce Levengood of Sound Energy requesting a time frame for plugging of said well. Mr. Levengood stated they are trying to line up a rig to commence plugging operations. |
