| 1644560147 | 2018-01-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection with the ground snow covered, I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, 2-drips, 2 domestic gas services, a 2 inch meter run with a .125 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike and valves in the closed position on the salesline. Also present outside the dike a 37 barrel plastic tank. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, a Cabot pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position. Identification was present and production records were current. |
