0145587674 2015-12-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210bbl tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a motor valve, a drip, a 2 inch sales with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the motor valve. Also present on location the Artex Batchik natural gas compressor station. Identification was present and production records were current.

During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5-inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210-barrel tank, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, a .25-inch orifice chart, and a chart recorder. A skid mounted compressor was running, and identification was located on the tank during inspection.
