The bond log recorded 50 feet of cave in from 822 feet 870 feet on the backside of the 4.5-inch casing enabling us from getting telegraph and from getting the casing removed from below that depth. One of the doors for the chart and separator was laying on the ground, I then checked the chart for current production at the time of my inspection but the chart did not show any. The requirements will be to plug or produce or place in temporary inactive status and properly identify the well. |

During my inspection the location was free of debris and the production equipment was removed. Vegetation growth had been established. Location meets final restoration requirements written within the Ohio Revised Code 1509.072 (B). I called landowner Dean Shriver at 11:16 a.m. on 10/2/18 and he stated that he was satisfied with the way the land was left after plugging operations. The plugging and abandonment of this well satisfies complaint 4677 and compliance notice number -1354197659. |
