| 1906195748 | 2018-03-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Jeff Adams, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, domestic gas service and an Oilwell pumping unit powered by electricity with valves in the open position. The production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator and a disconnected concrete vault all within an earthen dike. Also present a 2 inch meter run with a .375 inch orifice and chart recorder. All equipment was shared with the 34059220510000 Hinchcliff 2. Identification was present and production records were current. |
