0077826682 | 2015-12-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on NOV-131732295, I witnessed the production equipment included a 100bbl tank, a horizontal separator and a drip all within an earthen dike. The salesline was disconnected on the downside of the drip. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing; 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with all valves in the closed position. Identification was present and reported production totals were zero for the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. A plug permit was issued on 10/19/15 with no change in status of well. Utilizing an ODNR Honeywell PhD6 meter no H2S was detected. |
