| 1927216592 | 2018-01-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods and a Cabot pumping unit powered by natural gas with 1 of 2 valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves in the open position on the casing. The production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip and a 2 inch meter run with a .25 inch orifice all within an earthen dike. Well identification was present and the production records were current with zero production reported since 2015. I requested a plan for the well from Northwood Energy. |
